I wondered why theoretical and scientific articles do not have as many audiences and readers as one might expect. Most laymen including myself and many other members on the forum are not very familiar with the secrets of theoretical physics and new cosmological theories - although the information these theories provide - might be very important and useful thinking our future and world view. It is important to notice, that our globe is in acute crisis at the moment thinking for example corona virus pandemia, climate change, habitat pollution and extinction of plant and animal species . Many people on the forum are certainly waiting contact from other dimensions or find ways to make such a connection possible so that more wise, compassionate and intelligent entities would take the reins - or at least be willing to co-operate with us on practical level. I have also noticed, that we don't have indefinite time to evolve as spiritual beings in the midst of the present difficulties of the physical world. Finding a workable and practical method for interdimensional communication is certainly enough for the average person - whether the instrument used for this is his/her own mind or some aid brought by advanced technology . I think, Steve's idea sharing new information and discoveries between different platforms might be more productive and useful than repeatedly try to offer your work to a greatly appreciated international Journal and get frustrated because of that. One way might be to create your/our own on-line electronic database, which is well protected but available for external researchers and interested parties ( see "research "for example in https://www.ipati.org or homepage WorldITC ). Your post is really interesting and thought -provoking as well as Steve Glanz's evaluation. Structural recording and standard protocols are very good ideas. Thinking EVP/ICT work and publication, (1) Electronic documents might be much more illustrative to the reader than mere paper prints. I mean that, for example, if we are dealing with EVP, PDF documents where you use your audio files ( MP3-files) as "references" would be very informative ( = clicking a specific highlighted area /file name in the text, brings the real audio file on the screen with wave pad or some other audio processing software the reader has, and thereafter s/he can return to the original text and continue reading. In this way the reader can be convince of the reliability of the audio file and even test that. I know, that this method works, but I have not seen that used in scientific writing yet. (2) Acceptance of the manuscript in an international journal: Is sometimes a line drawn in water. Based on some of my own experiences, in one journal one referees might fully accept the manuscript and two others not - it is probably rejected. In one journal all the referees say, that your chosen statistical method is wrong and without changing anything, in some other journal surprisingly, everything is OK and they are ready publish your study. Sometimes statistician, who is one of the authors might have a different opinion about the statistical method used than the referee, who also happens to be a statistician. The other referees are not statisticians and don't understand anything related to statistics. This all means, that also in mainstream science nothing is absolutely right or wrong and there might be different unjustified "opinions", that decide. I think in EVP work statistics is not a priority to show evidence, because very much depends also on the experimenter and his "mind" and also on the "mind" of the communicators on the other side which also might behave in unpredictably. Thus , according to my opinion, descriptive and carefully documented studies are enough and probably the best choice in EVP/ICT work. Thank you Dr Jeffers for your encouragement ! I start experimenting with the device. I try to change the adjustment screw pressure: Either very low ( so that the foam rubber plaform below the germanium chip and the copper plate only slightly moves ) or respectively guite heavy pressure ( so that the screw pressure is so heavy that it is difficult to move the germanium chip at all after adjusting the pressure). The best option might be to measure the pressure (in numbers), but in my construction this is not possible. I also try to record using either my digital or analog tape recorder and Faraday's cage and see if there is any difference Both recorders are battery powered. In the beginning I try to collect audio files which contain at least some kind of "information" and hope that my infant also learns colloquial language instead of just pronunciation and becomes an intelligent and co-operative newbie on our forum...

I also put my device into a shielded aluminium box (Faraday's cage) which has only one hole for the audio output. When the lid is lowered into the box the sawn notch's closes so that the diameter of the final hole is approx. 5 mm. I this version, when the box was empty, I put a mobile phone inside it and called the number several times. The phone could'nt receive any calls. Then I used this TDC device connected with my digital audio recorder (Zoom H4 Pro recorder). "I want them to come back tonight, i promise i wont be scared" I said "You had your chance" Humans will never react the way they believe they will in contact...no matter how you believe you will. Think about this, because I must take responsibility for any being who is injured or craft harmed. I don't think that people really understand in any way how races think, and what responsibility we have as experiences to those races in our contact. If they had never come, landed and been seen by others I would fully understand why people should question my contact. Example: They come and evidence themselves to a group of 4 people, two of those people cant stay conscious in the contact and so pass out. The other two are in altered states due to frequency issues, afterwards they acknowledge they had an encounter. Then, next month another group demand evidence. Where does it end? Who is sufficient as a evidential witness for contact? (that the planet would fully agree that was evidential) Lastly, The Zetas have said to us "It will never be enough" and they mean that no matter what they do it wont be enough for humanity. GREY ALIEN FILMED BY KGB George Fedorovskiy's answer 15.6.2021: It was filmed in a way that could not be filmed in the Soviet Union. The very manner of shooting is very different from that adopted in those years (For example, you can search on YouTube for any Soviet documentary chronicles). The colors of the picture are also questionable. The recording itself is very clean, obviously not digitized, but originally created on a computer (In my opinion). Well, the symbols used only remind the Soviet ones, while they are not. The index of the document being referenced at the end also looks strange. In general, even if I am wrong about something, I will be right about other points. Most likely, my colleagues have long disassembled this video and studied its history and may have learned the origin, the authors, but I have never been fond of such videos. A very popular video is a video with ball lightning allegedly flying alongside railway tracks somewhere in modern Russia. Hi Jeff. I have also now the basic building blocks for the Germanium receptor V1 type version. It took time to get germanium crystals from Italy. They are irregular, very clear and light and I am considering now how to process them in order to get an oblong small block according to the diagram presented in Solomon's book.
