I listened to all of the files and do hear some interesting comments,  but I also need to clarify that my allergies are bad this time of year and it impacts my hearing.  That said,  I just wanted to comment that file #10 sounds to me like, "Edison will work around you".   Anyone else hear that?

Thanks Sfay. I checked that and at least can confirm the first part "Edison will work". The rest of the sentence was unintelligible for me.

  2. I completely agree with you Keith. Shared or common thoughts may be creating realities that are more concrete than others. maybe this material world we live in is so strong because so much of us share the same thoughts about it. Your analogy of a single frequency in white noise representing an own reality or even universe is quite striking.

Rudolf Steiner once said that the time will come when people will realize they can literally produce atoms by thoughts.

  3. I agree very much with what you said. Especially the depolarization is something I noticed a lot. One question from my side to quantization. If I understand you correctly the problem with quantization is that e.g. in a noise signal quantized with 16 bit and a spirit modulation that is very low the spirit signals will go through a quantization of only 1..4 bits. This accounts for every kind of signal hiding in the noise because it's level is much smaller compared to the noise level. Is this correct?

  4. A very cool video Michael. Now I fully understood the basic principles of noise gating. A step further would be to separate scrambled voice and noise from each other thus the noise is gating the voices without being recorded.

Another idea came to my mind. One could fo a similar approach just with the level controlled recording feature in Audacity that actually could do the gating. A downside is the fixed lag-time in Audacity but it would be worth a try.
