  1. FYI: UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 5TH, 2021 Our organization strongly believes in freedom of information. It benefits the public, which in turn translates to the furtherment of evolution of mankind in relation to knowledge obtained using advanced technological practices in paranormal sciences.  At present the monthly associated cost of maintaining this website is approximately $200 which is within our current financial means as a  volunteer base. Presently we are focused on leveraging social media to raise public awareness regarding the potential that exists when spirituality is combined with technology. We currently do not have any subscription models implemented to recoup the costs of running this organization and do not have a current projection as to when such a switch could/may happen. We ask you to enjoy the free content, and if you are inspired to make a donation to our community you will automatically be included at a premium level of membership which will enjoy all the benefits associated as a Patron regarding our efforts in the future, should we attempt to monetize this organization in an effort to make it sustainable. Our focus for 2021 Fall will be fundraisers associated with the preservation (digitizing) of historical Metascience Foundation material , headed by the late George Meek, a pioneer of the field of ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication).  The Metascience Foundation existed for at least 15 years from the early 1980's through the mid-1990's. While they are most known for their "Spiricom" effort, this organization had many volunteers, including career professional technical advisors and has contributed greatly to the understanding of subtle energies and communication with non-physical personalities across space and time. We are the custodians of all of the Metascience Foundation's historical material and intend to digitize, preserve, and present it to the public for generations to come. For FREE. The majority of their contributions have never been made public. For public inquiries or how to donate please email info@varanormal.com https://www.varanormal.com/forums/topic/33-help-shape-this-forum-monetization-sustainability-and-subscription-plans-your-input-requested/?do=findComment&comment=3425

  2. In this week's broadcast, we are going to talk about the ITC audio developments of Dr. Michael S. Lee, a Varanormal
    research team member.
We'll hear samples, have him explain his work, and then if conditions are right - we'll listen to a live stream!
Join us weekly as we explore Instrumental Transcommunication - where Technology and Spirituality meet. Learn how to experiment with success and share your knowledge with others.
Streaming LIVE to Facebook & YouTube

SHARE YOUR SAMPLES FROM MICHAEL'S STREAM 8 - either recorded during or after tonight's broadcast 🙂
Also, share any Perlin noise pictures as well as Faces in Sound.

We would LOVE to have you participate!

  3. Here was yesterdays reply:

Im proposing the cleanup and then removal of the following forum:

    https://www.varanormal.com/forums/forum/3-idigitalmedium-research-team/

Granted, we're new at this, so some ideas seemed best at the time. I guess I can also rephrase to the team the following question:

The forum named: iDigitalMedium Research Team is restricted to just allow Varanormal team to post - is this the most beneficial to the general public?

    A. we already created a project forum. which will make things easier to find
    B. iDigitalMedium will create brand confusion. Is it Varanormal, is it iDigitalMedium, who are these people?
    C. Only :iDigitalMedium" team can create new topics, creating perceived exclusion

Let me know if this helped at all, or if I can explain better.

  4. if you ever find what I called a "reverse notch filter" let me know. As a vst plugin. The desire is to control the bandwidth of each individual voice harmonic. Right now I'd have to run 10-20 parallel bandpass filters, but that removes the noise in between harmonics necessary for comprehension.

Perhaps you have a better technical expression.

    Thanks!

  5. Hi team,

Awhile back I suggested that we create a forum where research team members begin to populate the forum. Louis had reservations about calling it Varanormal, and we ended up calling it iDigitalMedium team.

Now that you have populated the forum extensively, I would like to make the following proposal:

If the team decides that anyone should be able to create a project, we will need moderators to "clean up " the titles of other people's posts.

We've learned that people dont like seclusion or anyone being set apart from anyone else. Everyone wants to be included, this is why private facebook groups are so successful. Therefore I propose to the team for feedback on the following concept:

    • Move posts from iDigitalMedium research team to another location, dont leave a redirect.
    • Anything related to a project would become Project: #X
    • Papers may need to be moved to a forum called "Papers" or something else you propose
    • the iDigitalMedium forum be closed, and then deleted.

This is to remove the perceptive wall between us and forum members. You've already set the stage and blazed the path, have a great foundation. Now we need to make it accessible for all.

There are 20 posts in papers, and there are 118 experiments.

I know its a lot of work. Let us know if you do or dont like the idea, or perhaps we could go about this another way.

Open to all recommendations, please provide your input.

The goal is to include everyone while still making it clear (the badges and contributions now sort of take care of that also) that there's something special about you guys - the researchers.

  6. I only have my intuition to contribute. I feel intuitively that when scalar waves are used in conjunction with stereo speakers facing each other, that a void or null point of cancellation may occur.

May I suggest that we move this to the Project Forum and Label it as Project 1? Steve or myself can produce audio files upon request using this software - Jeff if you want to try it out let me know also.

    Can I get a vote?

For Projects they will always be noted by a number. 1. this will make it easier to reference when we have many 2. It shows a progression over time.

    Let me know team

  7. Hi Ceci, thank you so much for joining us!

There is not an app I can recommend that I am aware of as currently being published. Some in the community say Echovox works well, but it didn't stick for me.

Our recommendation is to visit the live YouTube stream 24/7 - which will give you live sound as well as live pictures in 2 forms.

We're much more of a mindset that this type of work can be researched anywhere we are, so a cell phone seems to now be our tool of choice. Please also check in with the live audio streams at the top of this site. They change all the time, and changes aren't published.
