  1. Hello everyone! We believe in a community helping shape the community they desire. And YOU can help!

For those of you who are early birds and here before our public release, we ask for your assistance.

THIS POST:  A TOUGH TOPIC - Money!

Ok, everyone we're going to tackle a very tough topic - Money! In fact, our hardest decisions are not technical - they relate to finances.

Here is the breakdown of our challenges and how we hope to overcome them

    COSTS

    • Online Users and Storage. When we hit certain levels the monthly cost increases. This site is hosted in the cloud, and we don't know if you noticed, but it is powerful! This site was built in less than a few weeks. We use Invision Community and you can see the pricing plans here: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy
COST: $45 a month, increases with users and storage
    • Graphics. This is already done.
      COST: $250 USD once
    • Domain Hosting, Email
      COST: $150 USD per year
    • 3rd Party Plugins such as Chat and other functionality
COST: Estimated $200 USD first year, $100 second year
    • Corporate Filings, Nonprofit filing
COST: Estimated $800 USD first year, $100 each year after
    • Non-Profit purchases through Techsoup to acquire the benefits mentioned below:
      COST: Estimated $200 per year
    • Other unknown costs
      COST: Estimated $500 per year

    NON-PROFIT

We want to form a non-profit organization so we can:

    • Receive tax-deductible donations
    • Take advantage of technical benefits that non-profits are eligible for, to include FREE Amazon AWS S3 Storage @$2k a year (which will solve the storage cost problem mentioned above), Microsoft Azure @$3k a year (which we will use for development), Microsoft Office 365, and much much more.
    • Raise funds for our Preservation Goals and continued growth
    • Raise funds for research and development

    THE CHALLENGE

For anyone that has been involved in the communities represented on this site, especially "Life after Death" and "Instrumental Transcommunication" it is quite clear - there is a major lack of infrastructure and funding. A lack of organization. Too much work, not enough people. So we all work our day jobs, and use our passion to drive our Websites, Facebook, YouTube, Newsletters and more. We make posts over and over on social media to see them drop down the feed. So what do we do? We repost. Over and Over. Where does that data go? Into a black hole. Some people find it, most will never see it. It's very obvious - WE ARE WORKING TOO HARD.

There has also been a negative stigma when it comes to money and topics related to life after death and mediumship. Some people feel that everything related to mankind and evolution should always be free - and we agree. We WISH it was that way. Information SHOULD be free. It is the RIGHT of the people to receive information that relates to our humanity and evolution. However, we will never accomplish the goals we desire to achieve as communities by providing everything for free. So, we are presented with a challenge. How do we survive?

    THE BEST WAY FORWARD

It's clear we need to work together. How long has ITC been around? Since at least 1959. How many people have heard of it? How much has Paranormal TV contributed to the education and experience of humanity and the public since it started to grow around 2005? There are gaping holes in our society, we know information is being suppressed, we know entertainment has taken precedence over education. We see the world changing, and we see people starting to gather to make changes, and we are here to answer the call. And we can only do it with your help.

    BALANCING ACT

We are here to provide a place for everyone to come together, a place where we ALL contribute, a place with the right marketing capabilities, research where everyone contributes on their own level, organized with volunteers where everyone can help contribute in every professional field - and most importantly of all - PRESERVE THE DATA. A place where the invisible walls between Paranormal communities, Instrumental Transcommunication, Physical Mediumship - can all be broken down. They are, after all - subtle energies. They are all related. By continuing separation we are reinforcing that they are separate. It is time to come together.

???So how do we meet the demand to provide information for free as well as support the infrastructure to continue growing???

    THE SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

To combat this challenge we have proposed the following ideas:

    • Allow everyone to use the forum for free
    • Create 2 subscription plans for people that want to help support the site AND have extended or improved site functionality
      • "Supporters" @ $5.99 USD per month >> Can have more storage, post more items, use chat, change themes, and other functionality
      • "Patrons" @ $11.99 USD per month >> More functionality, photo albums, can post ads in the classified section, won't see site ads from the community
    • Be able to receive donations
    • Sell ads that are related to our communities for a very reasonable price
    • Volunteers - if a person has energy (regardless of funds), they can volunteer on the site. When they do so in a reasonably supportive manner, they can receive the "supporters" level of benefits. Therefore, an energy exchange is still occurring and everyone is helping each other. Because a site that grows is presumed to be a site that can succeed.

    SCENARIOS
    Let's discuss some scenarios

    A. John is a forum user. A regular member and has access to the entire forum. John likes to post photos from his camera and doesn't know how to shrink them, so they are each 10MB. John posts a lot. This means John is using a lot of storage. This site incurs a charge for storage. John is incurring a charge but not contributing financially. This is a model that will not work. It is unsustainable.

    B. John is a forum user. A regular member and has access to the entire forum. He is allowed to post 2MB per post and is limited to 5 new posts per day. He has a limit of storage on his private messages. He can't use chat, but hears everyone else is using it. This intrigues him. He would also like to change his theme to something really cool. John is incurring a charge, but it is much smaller. John would like to contribute to the greater good and is considering the monthly subscription of $5.99 If John subscribes he is receiving additional benefits. The site is also going to benefit and hopefully be able to cover their expenses.

    C. John is a forum user. A regular member and has access to the entire forum. He lives in the Philippines and is retired and on a budget. $5.99 USD a month is a lot for him - he just can't afford it. But he has a computer, and there is something he can help with. He asks if he can volunteer, and does. John receives "supporter" level of benefits and the site receives the benefit of his help. Win-Win.

    DISCUSSION

Now, you are a part of the community. You can see we are being very transparent and straight-forward. We created this community to solve problems together. So lets solve this problem together! Do you have concerns? Suggestions? Ideas on how to meet our goals, to survive, to pay the bills?

Would we love to support this site full-time instead of working our day jobs? Of course! Who in their right mind wouldn't! However, here we are - people just like you. Regular, ordinary people. And if you like what you see here and want to see more disclosure, collaboration, and the fastest advancement of technologies possible because of people working together - then we ask you to speak up. For you share the responsibility. We are simple creating the infrastructure for you, and for our future. YOU are creating this site - that's what a forum really is! There's a research team that is going to give us FREE software, FREE tutorials, Advanced information, experiments, and experiences that the public has never even heard of.  They take credit for the initial energy behind this effort, and you will come to know them well. We have seen what happens when people work closely together, and we are inspired. And many of you will also help these advancements. Everyone plays a part, everyone contributes to the human experience.

Do you support these ideas? How do you feel about the proposed subscription plans?

    Let's chat about it below.

The subscription plans will be created any day now, and we will move forward as we must. Your input as we shape this site is most welcome, and all input will be considered.

  2. Hello everyone! We believe in a community helping shape the community they desire. And YOU can help!

For those of you who are early birds and here before our public release, we ask for your assistance.

    THIS POST: DISCUSSION FORUMS

Currently we have a main discussion forum. Within that there are subforums for General Discussion, ITC, Physical Mediumship, Paranormal. And then a creative ThinkTank where we will talk about all kinds of cool stuff.

In addition, you can see we also have forums for these topics already. So the question is should we:

    A. Get rid of the discussions forum (except for "General Discussion") and create discussion forums under each topic

    B. Leave it as is now

    C. It is redundant to have discussion forums, the discussion will happen in the respective topic

    D. Something else?

Let us know below! The objective of course is to make it as simple and easy to understand as possible, while keeping data organized. Here is how it looks now:

  3. We encourage people to contribute their articles related to topics on this website. After all, we are bringing together the entire community - and that's YOU! As a forum user you have the ability to write a blog - and we're going to show you how!

We ask that you consider the following before writing a blog:

    • Will the information in the blog be of benefit to the ENTIRE community? Is there something to be learned from it?
    • Will your blog inspire people, or will it reinforce fear? We request that all blogs are written to either inspire or educate, or both.
    • Do you need assistance with grammar, editing, etc? If so, we ask you to reach out to SUPPORT FIRST and we'll try to connect you with someone who can assist.

*Promoting the sale of goods or services in a blog is prohibited.

OK, now that we got past the first hurdle, lets move on to the instructions!

Here is the link to the original instructions for creating a blog on this site, which is using a product called "Invision Community"
We can ignore the sections regarding "Group Blogs" and "Private Blogs" (for now)

    INSTRUCTIONS: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/suite-applications/blog/basics_448/your-first-blogs-r341/

If you go to create a blog and there is no category and you think there should be one, please create a SUPPORT ticket.

  5. A 3rd party German language pack has been installed on the forum. This plugin allows forum navigation to be translated from English into the German language according to translations manually edited by this 3rd party.

To access German translation of posts, click on "Language" at the bottom of the screen.

This plugin does not translate the content of posts. Currently, translation of posts can be done by using Google Chrome or another browser translation plugin.

  6. Today I installed the free version of Chatbox as a development test. You can get to it in two different ways:

Click on "Chatbox" in the top menu bar and chat
    or
Click on widget in sidebar and chat

We will test this with forum users and try to discover any issues before purchasing the PLUS version.

Chat will be one of the benefits of the planned "Supporter" and "Patron" subscription levels. There is a renewal fee, and there is minimal risk at this time due to it being a 3rd party plugin.

Please report any issues by clicking on "Support" in the top menu bar on this site and Open A Support Ticket.

  7. Hello everyone!

I have a KiwiSDR that is a great little self-contained box. Its in my office, connected to a big 'ol active loop antenna in the same room.

My work began with radio a long time ago where I received many messages and unique voice attempts over radio. Since 2008 I've been streaming experiments live.

Now, the issue that I have is that the radio works great; however the current methodology is that you need to have a browser open to connect to the internal webpage of the sdr. Due to internet outages, power blips, and other associated challenges- if I am streaming and any of these challenges occur, the connection from the browser to the sdr is broken. It does not automatically reconnect - rendering the live stream dead until I am aware of it and re-open a browser. To me, this means it is unfeasible for streaming.

I know something called "IQ" data (I believe) enables unprocessed audio to be passed through, but I don't have any idea how to use it. Emailed support and didn't really get any answers.

Therefore, in light of these challenges, I am asking if anyone out there knows how to implement the IQ data, receive it so I can then route it into virtual audio cable so I can do post-processing - without a browser.

Information on the KiwiSdr is here: http://kiwisdr.com

If you want to experiment on this challenge with my sdr, please contact me privately and I'll share the connection info with you.

It is a shame because radio is an excellent medium, and this past investment (about $700 U.S. dollars is practically nulled out due to a technical challenge. If it was fixed, we would have another great radio source to stream.

When it comes to experiments it doesn't really matter where the device is because our energy field sustains it, and that is non-local. However, we can't really prove this theory if the device we have is not sustainable and consistent.

What is your idea on how this current limitation can be overcome?

    Thank you,

    Keith

Thank you Daniel! Please visit the Spanish section and begin helping by working together with fellow Spanish-speaking colleagues to decide what forum structure you would like to see.

    https://www.varanormal.com/forum/74-foro-de-lengua-española-forum-for-spanish-language/

Again, welcome! We are so glad you reached out!

    Keith

  9. Kim, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance! We very much appreciate your offer of assistance and look forward to working together with you.

I will think of creating a volunteer section where I can add names next to roles that are filled.

Graphics will be a very important need. This forum has the ability to be viewed as a grid instead of just as a forum; however, that needs lots of graphics for each forum and section!

We welcome your electronic knowledge also and I am certain it will be put to good use!

    Keith

  10. Thank you Fernando! We will take you up on that! In fact, I need to create a section for suggestions!

Please begin your journey here: https://www.varanormal.com/forum/74-foro-de-lengua-española-forum-for-spanish-language/

If you would be willing to help coordinate that effort, please feel free to begin.

Please note that we are not ready just yet for a lot of people, and we don't know how the multi-language capabilities will be presented; however, there is no better time than now to learn! We will explain the subscriptions, donations, etc here in a few days as we are still working it out. I guess we had better do that before more people come to visit! 🙂

We will probably create a "Club" for you - but we are not able to test that capability just yet, so please begin to gather information first, network with colleagues, and begin to draft up what type of forum structure you would like.

For more information about clubs see here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-your-community/using-clubs-r306/

To see an example of clubs, visit here: https://sing.salon/club-faq/

We are very transparent and forthcoming when it comes to plans, sustainability, subscriptions, etc. and are still figuring it out.

    Thank you,

    Keith

Anything else you think would be in the realm of my capability, please let me know.

Thank you Chris, we will take you up on that!

  14. Goals of this forum:

    • Publish experiments and their samples
    • Publish research papers
    • Have forum members discuss the experiments and ideas, as well as contribute to conversations about theories and modifications of such experiments.

In order to keep this forum easy to navigate as well as reference whih experiment is being discusssed in the future, please follow this template when posting:

(Experiments) Topic Title: "X" (Experiment number starting with "1", followed by "Experiment Unique Name"   example: "4 - Skype to Skype Feedback Loop by John Smith"

    OR

(Papers) If it is a paper, Topic Title: "Research Paper - "X" where X is the name of the paper
Example: Research Paper - Time Windows in Reference to EVP by John Smith

    Body:

    • Title of experiment same as in topic title
    • Short description of the experiment
    • Reason for the experiment (what inspired you, is this a spin-off of another experiment)
    • Expected outcome
    • Technical explanation of configuration
    • Actual Outcome
    • Experiment Samples and recordings
    • Summary
    • Call for others to comment or interact

    Tags:

Dont forget to add tags. Try to keep them generic when needed, as well as specific when needed. Suggested tags would be general categories, such as "electronic" or "graphite" or "555timer" as well as names of people you're referencing such as "carl sagan".
Please try to use tags if they already exist, if not, create new ones. The key is for users to be able to click on a tag for "555 timer" and be able to see all articles with "555 timer" in it.

Tags should always be lower case. If a tag already exists, you will see it popup when you are trying to add it.

  15. This is a live stream created by our German colleagues at https://raudive.de Author: Max

While we know some of the variables of the software we do not have all of the technical information at this time. We do know:

    • If you go to the Raudive.De link, anyone that starts a session receives words unique to their own session (their own computer)
    • If you watch the stream here, this is considered one client connection that we all share together, so any messages received will not be unique to any one person.
    • The words appear in many different languages - this is why we refer to it as "Polyglot". A person would either need to be skilled in many languages - most particularly Spanish, German, English. Or, you can use Google Translate like we do 🙂

~Keith J Clark: Initial testing showed highly favorable results that indicate it might be a viable ITC experiment stream, and in some cases information specific to one's individual situation and experiences came through - even a special name or two. As there is ambiguity during the translation process this can result in unique and individual experiences with this stream. This is why we recommend using a direct connection to this stream if you want to experiment seriously.

This is a new area of research, is highly experimental, and it is important that this method is tried with patience and after a period of time we can determine if it is truly viable.

We thank our German colleagues for their work

DESCRIPTION Of This Live Paranormal ITC Spirit TV Interaction Stream (Instrumental Transcommunication) In 2007 experiments were completed that demonstrated that we can see the energy of people who send us picture in sound - known as "EVP" - Electronic Voice Phenomenon. I asked the question - If we can hear them in sound using EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) could we also SEE them in sound?
The answer is YES, and in 2008 we began our first live paranormal TV streams. Watch this live stream and come to your own conclusions. Focus your energy, meditate, and see if you can help the energy change shape live, real-time, right before your very eyes. Take screenshots, share with your friends.

***Best viewed on mobile devices due to pixelation. There is up to a 60 second delay from the source to your device. The purpose of this stream is to serve as a live experiment. The goal is to demonstrate that there is life all around us in different dimensions and alternate vibrations, and that they communicate with us. We just have to listen. We believe that the energy of your thoughts as an experimenter has the ability to change physical matter. When we place our intent on communication with people in other dimensions or vibrational states, our thoughts help shape physical matter to make communication possible. This principle is as old as time - the same principle as dream boards, affirmations, meditation, and prayer. Thought IS creation. And the universe is FULL of life.

  17. We recognize that in order to provide the best possible experience for the community, as well as bring together all the necessary resources to make this website work - we need people. We appreciate anyone who provides their assistance in helping us in this effort. Its not just an effort to make a forum that works well, it is an effort to educate mankind and provide a safe place for those discussions and discoveries we share together.

As a thank you for your service, for each month for their ongoing support volunteers will enjoy website benefits equal to "Supporters" level subscription. Volunteers can also, of course, elect to help sustain this website by either donating or electing to subscribe on a monthly basis.

**As of 10/20/2020 all volunteers with the exception of (writers) are requested to use a FREE 3rd party app called "GLIP \ RingCentral" so we can help manage tasks and communicate efficiently. GLIP can be used from any desktop, laptop, or mobile browser - but we prefer the mobile and desktop APP and recommend it.

When you indicate you would like to volunteer, we will send you an invite to join the volunteer team in the GLIP\RingCentral APP.

    ROLES AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Roles are listed below. The list may not be comprehensive, so if you feel there's something that is missing feel free to reach out!

    Social Media (Everyone)

    • Share Relevant material such as Social Media Posts to and from Forum from designated pages and efforts
*We're looking for dedicated people to share at least 5 non-personal posts a week related to something that will benefit the entire community (Ads prohibited in this support role, those can be done in the Classifieds forum.) It doesn't have to be your content (unless you represent an organization), it is preferred to be historical content or content from an individual or group of individuals who dedicate themselves to informing others of topics in our world today. (Usually of a non-personal nature)

    • Bonus points and immediate volunteer benefits for anyone that volunteers to regularly share all Facebook posts from one or more of the following: (with the owner's permission if the content is private)
      • Victor and Wendy Zammit and weekly afterlife newsletters

      • Physical Mediumship, to include the work of Robin Foy, Spiritual Science Foundation, and all known physical mediumship centers such as Wallacia, Gilbert Sanctuary, Parsonage side Trance and Physical Mediumship Centre, etc. It is preferred to have no more than one person share one particular group; however one person can assume responsibility of sharing from more than one site.

    • Write new content on ITC, Paranormal, Occult, Esoteric, and various topics that are relevant to and will benefit the entire community. Tutorials, Historical pieces, Technical articles, and in some select cases articles from a personal point of view*
*(It is important that these articles do not directly contradict the values expressed in our mission statement - ie. the continuity of life and the principles that life is all around us, whether it be spirit, alien, or unknown. For example, reincarnation is an accepted topic and someone could write about it; however, writing that people are possessed and need to be cleansed by using a special service is in direct contradiction to this site's expressed view that the power of protection lies in the hand of each and every soul. As well as promoting goods or services through an article - which is prohibited, as the article should be intended to benefit the entire community rather than the writer. A good rule of thumb is - if it invokes fear rather than inspiration, or drama rather than inspiration then it is in direct contradiction to this site's expressed purpose.)
