Incredible! Can you tell us more how this picture was acquired?

I use the Spectrocom program. It takes a lot of patience to find images. The found image is saved and slightly edited in Adobe Photoshop. I very carefully remove a little gray patina from the cheeks and forehead. No more! But at the same time, I see amazing things! Someone from the Other World is helping me! Eyes, pupils, nose contour are edited. Face image becomes clear! I noticed this phenomenon a long time ago when working with a sTile 3.0  program.
