What data is optional What data can be categorized as options in a drop down box and what are these option? Do we need multilingual support? 1a. Optional ideas Do we want to implement a listener panel with automated data submission via email? Would it be favorable to consider structured archiving of the data we get? Who is granted access to the listener panel? (Only members who are paying for Varanormal?) 2. Implementation Clustering the ideas into requirements Final discussion and requirement freeze Implementation 3. Testing We need people to do various tests with the log form and reporting results 4. Validation We should make the form downloadable with instructions for use and require testing from people outside of Varanormal Possible refinements as a result of the validation 5. Promotion If everything works satisfactorily we should consider to spread the good news. maybe we vcan help to standardize ITC data and make it more appealing for mainstream scientists to use them for meta analysis. I will do the development because I have a tool to create active PDF forms. Volunteers and collaborators are required for all project stages. I used a pdf creator tool I bought for this form and I don't get any warnings in the download. So it's safe but thanks for the hint.
