I decided to do a healing Mantra with a singing bowl- my very first ever attempt- I am only just starting to try and modulate my voice to a pleasant sound and healing vibration, and hope you can be patient while it develops ( I'm asking for Spirit to step in, lol) I think some serious meditation in order before attempting to do this again will be in order. Some of the bowl notes seem to be such a spirit might be able to come through. What do you suggest I use to investigate?
