We just need to ask… and then be open to receive.” She will lead us in a "Meet your guardian Light Beings" meditation and show us ways we can strengthen our interaction with spiritual light beings, daily acknowledgement, daily awareness of their presence, daily asking for their support in little and big things, daily
gratitude.
