Everything we need to heal is within us. However sometimes our ability to access our inner healer is obscured by clouds. Surrender and Letting Go can support us to cleanse the lens of our perception and help us get direct access to this natural resource.’
Drawing from the example of traditional mandala creation and dissolution we will explore how to let go and surrender to the deepest, truest part of ourselves.
